What counts as an endpoint?
Any workstation or server running the Topplo agent. You are billed per active endpoint per month. Network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, access points) are priced separately as an add-on.
How does annual billing save money?
Annual plans are billed upfront and give you two months free — roughly a 17% discount versus paying monthly. Most teams pick annual to lock in the rate.
How are network devices priced?
Network devices monitored over SNMP are $10 per device per month, available on the Pro and MSP plans. They are metered separately from endpoints because they carry different value and volume.
Is there a minimum?
Each plan has a small monthly minimum ($99 Starter, $199 Pro, $499 MSP) so every workspace covers baseline support and infrastructure. Below the minimum you simply pay the minimum.
